Terms of Sale
  1. All lots are priced and sold in Canadian Dollars.
  2. There is NO BUYER'S FEE but G.S.T., H.S.T., and Ontario Sales Tax will be added where applicable.
  3. Our auction lots are sold to the highest bidder at a slight advance over the under bidder. We do reserve the right to withdraw any lot that does not reach a reasonable level.
  4. Numbers and prices are from the latest Scott Catalogues and the Unitrade Specialized Catalogue of Canadian Stamps.
  5. Bids may be placed in person, by phone, by fax, by e-mail, or mailed in using the bid sheet.
  6. A successful bidder will be notified of lots won and must remit payment before lots are sent unless credit has been established. Payment can be made by cash, debit, Visa, MasterCard, cheque, or money order. There is no extra fee for using a credit card.
  7. In the event that a lot is found to be not as described, it may be returned for a full refund.
  8. The placing of a bid will constitute acceptance of our terms.
